I saw a picture of a nice Seiko watch on buyee and they put some very confusing statement down about "breath." I was unaware but the listing was just for a bracelet. I thought it was misleading and as soon as I purchased the item the photo disappeared. It was not really even an auction at all, since they accept no bids yet they refused to issue a refund. I find the site much more difficult to navigate then aliexpress and they are difficult to get a hold of through customer service. These transactions did not show up in my account and they offer no way to leave feedback. So the seller appears to have 364 good ratings but no place to tell anyone about my personal experience. I also think Buyee has frivolous and over priced services as well as shipping expenses-- which the ad by kk houry said that the seller would pay so on a $23 item they padded $33 worth of expenses on the price. 10 for services and 20 for shipping-- this is astronomical compared to what ebay, amazon or etsy would take. So in the end I simply declined to pay for the shipping. I do not recommend them to anyone
BEWARE, you guys tell me its a scam or not, I ordered something small and picked DHL, end up they canceled the shipment and now only seamail available... so either wait 2-3 months or trash the package.

Buyee permitted a seller to sell fake Louis Vuitton items described as authentic. I received them, they weren’t authentic, and filed a claim with PayPay. I received a refund once I showed proof of returning the items to Japan (per Buyee’s response to Paypal). I then received threatening emails from Buyee demanding payment for the items I returned. Multiple. I declined and they blocked my account which is fine because I don’t wish to support a company that supports selling fraudulent items without recourse. Buyer beware!
I have gotten many great deals on Yahoo Auction through Buyee. The shipping services have been reliable and the rates are pretty good compared to other competitors. The support team was very helpful in answering my questions prior to ordering. I would definitely recommend them.
I've used buyee twice now, once to ship a pretty heavy art book, and another to ship an anime figure. Really easy to use and great for Japan-only items. Both times the items arrived quickly with no issue. The only real issue I have with buyee is that the fees/shipping can get a little pricey, but I suppose that's on par with most proxy sites.
I have used Buyee several times and really appreciate this service. It is a convenient way to participate in auctions in Japan from the US. Would recommend it to others.
Buyee Is a safe website that I use to find items that I didn't even know existed until I go on their website and randomly scroll. The service fee that Buyee Charges are always very affordable and the shipping fee is cheaper than any other website I have used before. The buyee experience is very good because I can find soo many items on so many different websites and buyee has a large variety of websites you can shop from like my favorite mercury or Rakuten. I Highly recommend using buyee because it's simple and safe and I feel like I'm getting the best deals when I shop on buyee.
Easy to use website and reliable service. Beware that insurance doesn’t cover most items if they break and they don’t assist with insurance claims for damage which occurs during shipping. Overall I have bought over 15 items and 14 of them had no issue.

Before placing my bid on Yahoo Japan, I compared several proxy services. Another provider has cheaper fees but only allows payment with prepaid deposit. It's impossible to know how much I need to deposit. It's an AUCTION! Buyee allows credit card payment which is great. Overall, good experience for my first purchase.
Buyee is the place where I can buy from my favourite Japanese brands that don't exist elsewhere! At first I chose the Seamail option, which took 2 months! Nonetheless, my consolidated package was well organized and nothing was damaged. Next time was through FedEx, which I received in a week! Overall, I would recommend Buyee for rare items from Japan.
I've had a great experience in finding photocards that I need for a good price. I normally buy at least 15-20 items and then I consolidate my items for they all come together. Doing that saves me money and I don't have to worry about losing a card.
It's very easy to use!!! Helps alot to find Bts photocards for a great deal!! Plans are also easy to use 100% recommend!!
Good afternoon, I am writing a review about the intermediary Byuee.jp. I have been working with them for more than a year and this is the third product, actually about which I prompted in anger to write a review about Byuee.jp. The only plus that the service provides is the purchase from auctions, without uploading the amount to the intermediary's website. However, that's all. Logistics are lame. There are a lot of restrictions on the size, it was problematic to send a sewing machine from them, allegedly exceed the dimensions. The previous 2 purchases were small, came with a creak but whole. As for the sewing and embroidery machine, it came broken into the trash. Moreover, I paid for the protective packaging. But it was not made for international delivery, and so to move from room to room, a cardboard box, nothing is fixed, from protection only a purely formal film with pimples. The intermediary refused to compensate even partially for the shipment and the cost of the goods. Therefore, I conclude that I am not clean. Although it's his fault on the face. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Zen market is way cheaper than Buyee. Buyee has too many hidden fees and they're service is trash. They won't give you refunds if your package is lost.

Well the thing is they do correspond with you, but either way they don´t understand what they wrote or they just having fun with writing useless sensless E-Mail which completley ignore the context of what you wrote to them before which is just frustrating for everybody, cause the might think, hey we are overseas... so what can they do right?!

It takes a while to get a hold of customer service using the "Live Agent" feature. Only English is accepted. (I tried typing in Japanese and got no response?... which is strange.)
They respond better if they e-mail you first and you reply, than if you initiate the conversation.

I was able to find a plush I'd been seeking for months on Yahoo Auctions and, since Buyee has an automated bidding system, I was able to win it for the buyout price then and there instead of waiting for someone else to process my order!
